Here’s a glimpse of highlights from our Spring 2024 Health Careers Day On “The Hill” (HCDOTH). Participants engaged in interactive presentations from various health professional schools at UNC – Chapel Hill and Duke Physician Assistant Program. Participants also learned techniques to identify and intervene in life-threating injuries through a Stop The Bleed Workshop facilitated by MedUltra Learning.

For North Carolina Middle School and High School students interested in the health sciences, Health Careers Day On “The Hill” is their opportunity to discover how to break into the healthcare field.

The program is held on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill. Presentations by representatives from various health professional schools expose students to health careers and UNC admissions officers provide valuable college preparation information. Middle School students should attend the Fall 2024 session and High School students in Spring 2025.
