Clinical Health Summer Program

If you have already submitted the Clinical Health Summer Program preliminary application online, we encourage you to download your copy of the entire CHSP Program application now. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the application.

If you have not completed the preliminary application, please go back to the Apply to CHSP page and do so now.

The application deadline for the CHSP Program is February 15th.

Please direct all questions about the CHSP Program to the NC-HCAP office at your institution.
